Esirom Built PollyLoop in Jamaica. Run the Research in the Room.

Esirom built PollyLoop. We sell it. That is the commercial interest, stated first.

We built it in Jamaica and launched it in April 2026 so Caribbean teams can run research in the room and read it out the same week. The leftover form was eating that window. PollyLoop is the stack we wanted in the building: a survey that looks like the brand, a live room, a rewarded panel, a readout before the week dies.

The product on pollyloop.com is what matters, not the April announcement. TapIn, Loop Live, the builder, the panel. If you last saw a launch post, look at the site.

Google Forms is still a fair RSVP tool. Staff headcount. School form. Simple internal poll. PollyLoop’s own comparison says as much: Forms is built for quick internal forms and schools, not stage-and-TV research. Do not pick a fight with a clipboard. Use Forms for the RSVP. Use PollyLoop when the people you need are already in the hall.

Caribbean teams were stitching three tools: a form, a live-polling app, a panel vendor. PollyLoop is those jobs in one place, built here. Loop Live is honest about the category. Presentation-style sessions in the same product as the survey — similar in spirit to Mentimeter, without leaving PollyLoop. Not a replica parked in another tab.

What ships

The builder is drag-and-drop. Fifteen-plus question types, skippable items, follow-ups labelled 1a and 1b, contact blocks, screen-out / disqualify exits, themed welcome screens. Import a draft from a document or spreadsheet. Preview links run the real flow without saving test completes. No coding. That is the job, not a slogan.

Loop Live is the event deck. QR or link into the room. Spotlight puts one question on screen. Signed-in hosts can push that question to people’s phones. Charts update on the projector. Word clouds for the open ends. Quiz mode with a leaderboard. Audience Q&A with upvotes. Separate live polls — one question, embeddable, fingerprint-friendly so a public page is not one person hitting refresh.

TapIn is the corridor product. One tap from a QR, an Instagram story, or signage. Optional live results. Then a short follow-up if they stay — up to seven questions — with source tags so the hall QR is not mixed with the story.

When the answers are in, AI Executive Summaries read the open ends and return sentiment, themes and takeaways. An AI summary is a first cut. Read it, edit it, then send it. CSV and PDF still exist. You can also publish a completed survey as a shareable page — public, unlisted, or password-protected.

Panel and rewards are built in. Opted-in respondents get matched to brands that want their demographic. Qualified completes earn points. We are not claiming a response-rate miracle. Time is not free.

Agencies get white-label, themes, client-ready exports. Event producers get the hall. Product teams get the same builder. A tracker, a keynote question, a campus QR. Same stack.

What it costs

Pricing is on pollyloop.com: pay per launch, Basic or Business, or a 24-hour trial. Check the page. We are not reprinting a table that will go stale.

What this means. PollyLoop is Esirom’s product, built in Jamaica, for research in the room and a readout the same week. Google Forms is still fine for an RSVP.
