The National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA) needed a modern, efficient, and standardised method to deliver essential HR training to its diverse workforce across Jamaica. The challenge was to transform complex policies and procedures into an engaging and accessible format that ensured all employees, from administrative staff to field workers, had a consistent understanding of critical HR information. The goal was to improve internal communication and streamline the onboarding and training process for new and existing staff.
Esirom developed a comprehensive and professional HR training video that served as a key component of the NSWMA's digital training programme. Our solution involved:
Engaging Content: We used clear voiceover, professional motion graphics, and concise on-screen text to simplify complex information, making the training easy to follow and retain.
Accessible Format: The digital video format ensures that the training can be accessed by employees anywhere, at any time, on various devices.
Scalable Asset: The final product is a reusable asset that can be used for both new employee onboarding and as a refresher for existing staff, significantly reducing the time and cost associated with traditional training methods.
